Be part of the inaugural Hospitality suppliers’ expo for the growing Hotel and tourism Industry in Mombasa.
Hasi is the first suppliers’ trade fair in the region, which aims at bringing together all the suppliers in the hospitality industry. Organized by Exhibition and Events Organizers Limited which has over 15years in organizing trade shows, Hasi is the top choice for suppliers who are looking to establish their presence or further nurture their business networks with key buyers in Kenya’s fastest growing food and hospitality industry.
Groth rate of the hospitality industry in Kenya
By 2022, Kenya’s Tourism arrival is expected to increase at a 6.9% compound annual rate to 2.06 million visitors from 1.47 million in 2017. The increase in the development of new hotels and the refurbishment of existing ones is an indication of confidence in the hotel and hospitality industry.
Kenya is expected to open 13 new hotels over the next five years, which will add 2400 guest rooms, increasing the country’s hotel capacity by 13%. Several new properties under development in Nairobi and some upcountry towns indicate a targeted effort to attract increasing number of business travelers who may require specific services like conferencing facilities.
Through open skies policy, the hospitality industry is expected to benefit from this development through increased inbound traffic. Additional resources will be required to handle the increased demand. This will generate high demand of supplies in the industry.
With this in mind, HASI Expo looks to provide a platform for suppliers in the hospitality industry exposure to the new markets emerging.
EEO therefore offers a platform big enough for business, for all hotel and hospitality industry suppliers to sell products and services but small enough to actually feel connected to attendees.
